The son had taken over the business from his father, and added further to the initial platform.

Now a thriving business, I was struck by the bales of plastic containers et al that were compacted in their warehouses. These were being sent to factories in Newcastle (nearby) to be used for the manufacture of synthetic fibres. Such inspiring sustainable enterprise!
